How a national baby and toddler brand replaced infant photoshoots and composite retouching with a brand-trained production system, and then kept expanding it, department by department.
Production cycle per drop, from brief to publish-ready assets.
Processed per month through the brand-trained pipeline, with human QA on every asset.
Ahead of retail deadlines on visual production at last count.
Every product image this brand shipped depended on the hardest photoshoot there is: one with infants in it. Booking babies, parents, studios, and photographers, then compositing product into the frames in post, meant a three to four week cycle for every round of imagery, and a calendar that broke whenever a baby had a bad day.
Meanwhile the business kept manufacturing demand for new images: new SKUs, seasonal refreshes, marketplace listings, packaging. The team's vision for the brand was never the problem. The pipeline between that vision and a published image was.
We trained a private, brand-tuned image engine on their existing catalog and guidelines: their lighting, their palette, their product dress. The visual standard it holds was set by a founder who spent a decade shooting commercial campaigns for brands like Lululemon, SSENSE, and Netflix. Every asset it produces comes out of the same system, so a season of imagery reads like one shoot.
On top of it sits The Stage, our quality-control platform, where every generated asset passes a human review for craft, lighting, composition, and brand conformance, before the client ever sees it. Misses are filtered on our side. The client's team makes one approval pass, for product accuracy, the only check only they can do.
The result is a division of labor that removes work instead of adding it: their team went from art-directing shoots and managing retouching rounds to reviewing finished assets once.

The engagement started small, one scoped ecommerce imagery project. Each phase earned the next.
PDP and marketplace assets for new SKUs, delivered publish-ready on a weekly cadence.
The same brand system extended to retail packaging visuals, built to print and retailer spec.
Sketch-to-render visualization for new product concepts, giving internal teams campaign-grade imagery before a physical sample exists.
Today the pipeline serves three departments on one system, with no new onboarding for each expansion.
The deliverable was never the images. It was the removal of an entire production burden from their team's calendar. Why this engagement compounds
